As far as I am aware, ever since DHD released, this decorative pampas grass plant has been broken. I've seen it reported on the official bug forums before but it's never been fixed.
When viewed from certain angles, the feathery parts in front appear to move behind the parts in the back. This file overrides the mesh so that it now renders correctly. You can see the before and after in the attached GIFs.

I have also fixed it so that the shadows that are cast outside in the Sun actually reflect the shape of the texture rather than the blocky mesh the texture is painted onto.

One trade-off for fixing the rendering is that the quality of the feathery edges is no longer as crisp and realistic as it was. I'd rather have a slightly less detailed plant than a broken one though.

The plant uses the PhongAlpha shader which is usually used for objects with transparency but it causes issues in this case so I have switched it out for the regular Phong shader and enabled transparency. I have also reduced the poly count of the mesh by removing unnecessary duplicate faces and enabling double-sided textures.
There's also a slight mesh error with LOD0, which I have also corrected, where two stems pass through each other.

Notes
This plant also has some strange colour tagging choices such as every swatch includiing the green tag even though none of them include green. I haven't fixed these so that the game doesn't flag the item as CC.
