While the home was originally envisioned on a 20x20 lot in downtown Brindleton Bay, it can be placed on a larger lot in any neighborhood. Fully furnished, the home can be a part of your Sims' lives for just shy of $200,000 Simloans.



The first floor has a front foyer, family room, kitchen, dining room, office, sunroom, and laundry room. Several wrap-around porches allow for easy access to the outdoors and the bustling downtown region of Brindleton Bay.



The master bedroom is located on the second floor, complete with a walk-in closet and luxurious bathroom that includes a soaking tub. A living room and two additional bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and closets finish the second floor.



The third floor is currently outfitted for recreation with a main gaming room and side painting room. The side painting room can easily be converted to a fourth bedroom, if needed. Another full bathroom and extra closet are on the third floor, as well.
