I mostly followed the architect's plan. I added skylights and a dog bathing area and moved the hot water heater, and garden rakes out the back door of the utility room into their external closets, to make room for the dog and muddy kid hosing off area.
This home contains:
* 3 bedrooms
* 2 bathrooms
* A large Foyer with a seated shoe and coat changing area and the bath for the 2 kid rooms.
* A large living room with a conversation area and a HUMONGOUS TV to watch the game or movies.
* The large kitchen and dining area has a large skylight.
* Outside the kitchen is a glass-covered porch to watch the stars at night or save your bar-b-ques from rainouts.
* The Master suite contains the bedroom, a dressing area, a large walk-in shower, a walk-in closet, and a private water closet (toilet room)
* A utility/laundry room with a dog and muddy kid hosing off area. 🐕 👧🏻 👶🏻
This home has a TON of decor from just about every game pack that EA has put out. If you don't own some of them, the lot will install anyway - without that stuff. Just decorate with your favorite things.
NOTE: I did use moveobjects for furniture and garden placement, so make sure you turn on bb.moveobjects when you install the house.
