Hello and welcome!

Presenting three houses that are briefly based on some 1930's summer cottages I saw not far from my city a couple of months ago:

Scribe Village 1

My favorite one of the three. If you're from my area you might probably guess which cottage this house is based on since it's irl version is quite well known. Has a very complex backstory, including being a dorm, a children's camp and even a scene of someone's death. I think it was turned into an exhibition space and archive recently after being renovated.
My version though is just a spacious two story house with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a big backyard.
The price is 45.458.

Scribe Village 2

Surprisingly I couldn't find any info about the real life version of this one exept that there's a book and gifts store on the first floor.
Which is a bit sad since I really like how unique it looks.
My version is a two story cottage with two bedrooms, three bathrooms, a garage and a pond in the front yard.
The price is 46.879.

Scribe Village 3

The irl version is also a mystery but based on what I've seen it's actually lived in and the owners seem to host some art related events for kids.
It was also the most challenging one of the bunch due to its unusual shape but I did my best to make it look nice while still having some resemblence to its real life counterpart.
Also a two story house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a garage.
The price is 50.204.

All three lots are 50x30, unfurnished and require you to have the Bespoke Build Set by Honeywell (link in the CC Required section).
I would also recommend you to have the White Roof Trim Defaults by Phaenoh if you want them to look exactly as seen on images since I was too lazy to place the trim from the Bespoke Set piece by piece and so it would look different if you don't have any defaults.
If you don't care then you can ignore that.
The cars aren't required or included, I just like placing them around when I take the pics.

Have a nice one!
