A recent generous grant from the local council has allowed for the bottom floors of this building to be a blank canvas for local enterprise. With newly refurbished apartments upstairs, this could be a unique opportunity for a go-getting Sim.

This build was created with the use of the NRAAS Apartment Mod in mind, but it is not required.

I've been chipping away at this one for the past while, and I'm glad to finally finish it! I created this lot with a fun but challenging idea in mind; Businesses on the lower floors, with Sims living above, my white whale of Sims gameplay, lol. There are two versions of this lot you can download; One unfurnished, minus kitchens and bathrooms, and one 'plug and play' version, which has basic furnishings and filled 'profession' spaces.

This lot has two large empty spaces on the ground floor, and four smaller ones on the second floor. In the furnished version, these spaces have been filled by a daycare and stylist salon on the ground floor, and an arts studio, detective's office, and music studio on the first floor, leaving one blank to fill with whatever you want to fill it with. There are four apartments in total on the second floor and third floor, furnished to fit 12 Sims as they are currently furnished.

This lot is bound to get crowded, but I was aiming for chaos! If you play this lot as 'intended', that is, with the sims living upstairs running the businesses/studios downstairs, you'll probably have to set a lot of locks on the doors to keep other sims from wandering into the residential area. You could theoretically play with the residents of each individual apartment at once, or use the NRAAS apartment mod if you just want to focus on one. Ultimately, however, you can use this lot however you like. (Gameplay wise, that is, plz donut steel...)

The 'Deco' version of this lot costs §140,171, and the 'Empty' version costs §98,939.
For the 'Deco' version of this lot, Univeristy, Ambitions, Generations, and Late Night are required for the lot to look as intended.
For the 'Empty' version, only University and Ambitions are required for the lot to look as intended.
