These rowhouses are what's left of a planned city expansion some time after Twinbrook was founded. They've changed hands several times over the years, and have remained empty for most of them. But now, the new landlord has finally opened these stunning red-bricks to any plucky young'uns looking to make their start in Twinbrook. Sure, they're a little cozy, but you can't argue with a central location and bay windows.

This build was created with the use of the NRAAS Apartment Mod in mind, but it is not required.

Hello, everyone! I am pleased to upload my first contribution to MTS. These are some small terraced apartments in the style of red-brick rowhouses. I've wanted to build something like this for a long time, and I think it came out nicely, so I wanted to share it. While I haven't encountered an overpopulation problem in Twinbrook as I have in other saves (is it just me?), I feel that these space-saving apartments could be useful for a particularly busy savefile, or as a neat little starting place for a new save. I've decorated the apartments accordingly, but I think they manage to be functional as well as cute Think of them as a blank canvas.

These apartments are intended to replace the Portico Model One lot at 64 Westlake Drive in Twinbrook (Sorry, Simoleon Savers). The lot size is 20x30. The lot costs §204,567 furnished, and §164,791 unfurnished. Altogether, with its base furnishings, this lot sleeps 23 sims. I would recommend placing this lot with moveobjects on. I'm pretty certain placing it without moveobjects won't make much of a difference, but I did use it for minor, non-essential decoration while building.

This build does not use any CC, but it requires Ambitions, Late Night, and World Adventures to function as intended. As stated at the top, this build would work best when utilized with the NRAAS Apartment mod. If you can wrangle that many sims around this build at once without it, I commend you.

Lastly, I want to thank you for checking out my first post. I would love to hear feedback on this build, because building apartments in Sims 3 is kind of an obsession of mine. Thank you again, and enjoy.
