This build was created with the use of the NRAAS Apartment Mod in mind, but it is not required.

Hawthorne Row is a sleepy row of three cozy homes. Their timeless facades make them popular with all sorts of Sims, from the nuclear family wishing to settle down to the stargazing supernatural type. Although your neighbors are only a stone's throw away, these homes are perfectly sized for any Sim looking for a relaxing yet stylish hideaway from the world.

Back with more multi-sim builds! These were such fun to build, and I think their layout is a lot of fun. This lot sleeps 9 sims as it is currently furnished. On the basement level, there's some very small private green space out the doors, which is typical with these types of homes. The space is small, but Sims can walk there just fine. If you wanted to, you could probably give these houses a larger garden with the space in the back, provided you can build around the ditch, haha.

This build requires Supernatural for the exterior to look as intended, and Pets for the furniture to look as intended. There shouldn't be any major issues playing on this lot without either pack. Funnily enough, I rarely even play with supernatural Sims. I just love the furniture and build items, they're some of my favorite ones to use.

Like my other builds, this was created with NRAAS in mind, but you could easily use this lot without it.
