Simple Apartments [CC Free]

These basic apartments are perfect for couples or single Sims looking for a place of their own.

This build was created with the use of the NRAAS Apartment Mod in mind, but it is not required.

Hello all! I'm back with more apartments. However, these ones are more generic, and should slot nicely into any save that's running low on space for Sims, but still wants a low-rise suburban vibe.

This 30x30 lot contains 4 1-bedroom apartments, each of which has 1 main bathroom and 1 bedroom en-suite. They're sparsely decorated with everything your Sims need to get started. Once they've gotten settled in, they'll have no problem putting their personal stamp on them!
There's a parking lot at the rear of the apartments with some outdoor seating. This lot costs ยง77,076 furnished.

This build is CC-Free and does not use any expansion packs. Once again, I made this build with the intention of using the NRAAS Apartment Mod, but you could certainly use this lot without it.
