Sim Avenue 1312 (Townhouse) requires UNI!

Hello everyone
It has been a while since I uploaded a house but my life has been busy, busy
Anyway, with Nightlife soon hitting the shelves I decided to start fresh with no custom content in my buildings so I don't have to go through that humongous task of going through my download folder again in search of stuff that won't work with nightlife

So here is my new project:
I downloaded a superb neighbourhood from here laid out like a city and started with Simhattan
So far I have the downtown area almost complete with shops, policestation, city hall, Calvin Klein on Sim Avenue, The Bistro on Sim Avenue a public park and the City Library. These will all be uploaded at a later time

For now I am concentrating on the residential areas of my neighbourhood and this is the second lot to go in it. It's Sim Avenue 1312 and below are the specs:

Cost: 159.536$
Lot: Medium size
Garage: No
On foundation: Yes
House: 2 family home (attached)
Bathrooms: 4
Bedrooms: 2
Levels: 3

Both homes are similar in layout but there are some differences in the floorplan not to make them look exactly the same

The gardens are small but have both a wooden deck and a little stoned patio for those sunny days. Both homes also come with an external fireplace

This house requires UNIVERSITY but uses NO custom content and NO hacks.
I did use the moveobjects cheat to make the sidewalk but thats it

Hope ya all like it and look out for more townhomes for Sim Avenue
