This converted nuclear fallout shelter sits on a 2x2 lot and is perfect for a Sim just starting out in life. It's partially furnished, with counters, fridge, cooker, table and chairs in the kitchen/dining area, a sofa, coffee table, TV and stereo in the living area on the ground floor. Also included on this level are a phone, smoke detector and burgler alarm.

In the basement there are two unfurnished bedrooms, both big enough for a double bed, and a bathroom complete with shower/bath, sink, mirror and toilet. Sims should be safe down there from everything other than falling satellites
