This is single storey starter home is built on a 2x2 lot and costs $18,627. It comes complete with a pool including both a diving board and the essential pool ladder (I don’t want you Sims suffering any unfortunate accidents! )

The house comes partially furnished with counters, fridge, cooker, table and chairs in the kitchen/dining area, a sofa, coffee table, TV and stereo in the living area.

The house also features a furnished bathroom with toilet, bath/shower, sink and mirror. There's also a phone, burglar alarm, smoke detector and a driveway for a car.

The two bedrooms are both completely unfurnished.

I have all the expansions and you will need them too for the lot to work in your game.

The lot has no custom content and is totally hack free!
