Description:

A nice little yellow, white and grey starter home, which comes complete with two unfurnished double bedrooms, one furnished bathroom (includes bath/shower combo, expensive toilet, sink and mirror), a furnished kitchen (oven, smoke alarm, sink, counters, fridge, dining table and chairs) and a partially furnished open plan living area (sofa, coffee table, TV, stereo, included). The living area has plenty of space and can be divided into more rooms once you've accumulated some more cash. There's also a wall phone and a burglar alarm.

I've included a swimmining pool at the back of the house (with diving board, pool ladder and lights), and I've also left plenty of room for you to add a hot tub later.

There's also a driveway at the front of the house for use once your Sims have saved enough for their first car.

I have all the expansion packs and I think you'll need them all for the lot to work properly in your game.

The lot is totally hack free!
