This is a big description so hold on.
Malcom Landgraab was the famous, if not eccentric, multi-billionare who is credited for single handedly building the Sim City financial district. He was remembered for the fact that he could never find a house he liked, he built countless manor's and moved out in only a few weeks, he spent millions on houses, until he decided to build one himself using his own plans. This is what he came up with, the one and only Landgraab Manor. When this place was completed, thousands flocked to tour the house which Malcom himself hosted one of the most magnificent gala's Sim City has ever seen, even the mayor st the time is quoted for saying "No matter what, the party just kept on going !" After three days of straight partying some of the guests had to be taken out on stretchers, and some just walked out with lamp shades fused to thier heads. Malcom continued to build onto his mansion adding a basement only 3 months after moving in. Malcom lived there with his son and daughter until they moved out and he divorced his wife, he still would not leave the house he built and loved and continued to run his buisness and live there till his death. Malcom willed the house to the Sim City Historical House Foundation and they took care of it till this very day when they decided to sell it for some unforseen reason.
The Tour:
The tour begins with the brilliantly designed carport and bridge that goes over it. The carport exit staircase and the exit staircase for the bridge join together at a point to create a visually pleasing experence. Once inside you notice the grand staircase that leads to the next floor. Behind that is the stairs to the bonus rooms and deck below. Also below is the indoor pool room, specially designed with EZ Clean tilled walls. After we go through the front enterance we emerge into the living room which has a two story celing and has plenty of light. The Dining room has a grand set of 2 doors that lead to the large room with 1 fireplace and doors to the kitchen. The kitchen has plenty of color and room for the usage of everyday appliances. The bathrooms on this floor are divided into mens and womens and have a tiny sitting area before you get to the bathroom itself. Also on this floor is the secondary stair case which leads to the second floor. On the second floor you'll find most of the balcony's that over look the main enterance and living room. After going through thoes areas you reach the childrens quaters. In that area you find 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a play area for the kids. Outside you find the staircase to the master bedroom floor (aka the 3rd floor). On this floor you find malcom landgraabs personal office, specially designed with subtle tones so as to be very comfortable for taking care of everyday needs. The master bedroom is spacious and lightly colored. There is a patio ajoining this room and
if i may say so, has quite the view. The master bath also has 2 rooms one for the tub and one for the toilet. The outside of the house has a pool and very green and flowery shrubs and trees for your visual pleasure. Justa thought you might want to hire a gardener, theres alot of turff out there.
All of this can be yours for $ 170,000 (mostly un-firnished)
Wow, what a typing spree, anyway i thought of this house just as a "Hey everyones making big houses, why dont i make one that is named after a famous sims investor" then i thought about Malcom himself, he was extravagent, he liked alot of stuff, he liked tiny twists and passages. So i made a house like that. There are nooks and cranies everywhere, thats exactly what i went for i wanted a big house with cool features and a stunningly eye catching design. The whole house took at least 4 hours to make, but boy , were thoes great 4 hours, I constintly kept coming up with new ideas and "Hey wouldn't it be cool if's.." folks, if you have a "Motherlode" of cash, this is the house for you, if you want to have a sim story with fancy and influential sims living in an amazing house, this is for you, if you want to make a statement, this is for you
Hope you enjoy (lemme know if you do)

- You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
