Description:
Family house, furnished for 2-3 sims, with lots of spare room on top floor and basement. Two driveways included, some landscaping/decoration.

1 x double bedroom
1 x single bedroom
3 x bathroom (2 x furnished)
1 x kitchen/dining
3 x spare room (unfurnished)

Basic appliances included: lights, toilet and sink, bathtub, fridge, kitchen sink, phone, burglar alarm, smoke detector, trash can, bookshelf.

Note: Due to the custom roof construction, the outermost floortiles in the dormer -- marked in red in the screenshot -- can only be used for decorative items (lights, plants etc). Sims cannot use any objects there, because the ceiling is too low.


Note:
If you get an "expansion pack data required" error upon installation, use Clean Installer instead of the Maxis one. Apparently this is a known issue (not specific to this download), see this thread describing the problem and this post (daysies) explaining the workaround.
