Custom content included: modular stairs by crocobaura -- please see the download thread if you want to install them properly. This lot will work just fine if you don't, but you won't be able to select them or use them in other lots (which is what the installation procedure is for).


Description:
An expanded version of Newbie Road 104, this house has room for up to five sims on a very small space. Double bedroom in the basement, three single bedrooms on the top floor, kitchen/dining/living and a small hallway on the ground floor.

Not much landscaping to speak of, but there's space outside for a garden. Also has room for one or two driveways next to the house.

All basics included, with a microwave, a mirror and a TV on top. Not playtested -- if you find that the side door to the garden is causing too much traffic for the stairs (or the landing, rather), you could build a small porch off the kitchen in order to space things out -- so that your sims can access the garden via the porch, and the only traffic downstairs is to the bedroom.
