Another one of those tiny little shacks ... They're so much fun! I can't stop! =) This one provides room for 1-2 sims on a 3x1 lot, has a little garden, enough space for two driveways, and some landscaping/decoration.

1 x double bedroom
1 x bathroom
1 x kitchen/dining/living room

Basic appliances included: lights, toilet, shower, fridge, kitchen sink, phone, burglar alarm, smoke detector, bookshelf. This house also has a stove. No trash can, but the outside one is close enough.

Expandability: Quite possibly you could add a top floor.


Note:
If you get an "expansion pack data required" error upon installation, use Clean Installer instead of the Maxis one. Apparently this is a known issue (not specific to this download), see this thread describing the problem and this post (daysies) explaining the workaround.
