There was a request for a multi-generational family house on MATY. The thread there was locked by JMP because "[the request] is stupid and it sucks."

There are two Master Bedrooms with attached Sitting/Study and ensuite.
An additional 5 bedrooms are on the 3rd floor.

The house is not furnished/decorated at all. The windows are $, but can be arred! Although there is space for two driveways, they have not been placed. I made some last minute changes after I took the pics, so the packeged lot is slightly different, just changed some cc to EAxis.

It's 50 tiles wide, but only 8 tiles deep (except greenhouse), 20 of those tiles are deck/balcony, so it isn't really that big. It looks much smaller furnished. The lot size is 6x6. If anyone is interested, I can lot adjust it down to a 30 by 10 or a 30 by 20 lot. (Some balcony/driveway space will be lost.)

The lot will work just fine if you don’t, but they won’t show up in the catalogue so you can’t select them or use them in other lots.
