Howard and Marion Cunningham are wonderfull parents. They have made a comfortable home for their three children: Chuck, who is away at college; Ritchie, a star high-school student; and Joanie, a junior-high darling. The Cunningham house is also the favorite hangout for the children's friends.

Enter the home from the front porch, past the potted topiary shrubbery and canopied porch swing, and you will find an open living room, a large fireplace with a model ship on the mantle, a built-in planter by the staircase, and a set of vibrant modern-print curtains with sheers and venetian blinds on the windows. Wall sconces give the room a warn hue.

The kitchen is updated, with a counter seperating the living area from the breakfast area. A service area leads out to the garage. Fonzie, the local ex-juvenile delinquent and leather clad mechanic, rents the room above the garage.

The house is close to Howard's hardware store, and Arnold's drive in. The high shool and Schott's Brewery are all the way across town.

Downstairs: Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Small Office.
Upstairs: Master Bedroom with Bath, Three other Bedrooms with shared Bath.
Basement: Open for whatever you desire from workshop to game room.
