It's not a Dorm (ewww!) It's a "Residence Hall"

For some reason lately I've been really into the whole college experience of the sims. Unfortunately, the prefab dorms are not quite up to par. Therefore: The Tower Dorm 3 (Dorms 1 and 2 alas, are no longer with us)!

I think I've provided at least one of every major item of any significance, including career and aspiration reward objects. There will be no reason for your sims to not graduate at the top of the Dean's List.

There is room for up to six sims, library, dining hall, entertainment room, dance hall with bar, weight center, two swimming pools (one indoor) and loads more! It sits on a 2x5 lot.

P.S> I also have FFS, a few items will not show up in your game if you do not have this pack installed.
