This is an addition I made for my Victorian Community. It's known as the The Noble Steed Theatre, named so because it is believed to have had it's building materials horded by two steeds for 5 years. It's a splitlevel, 2x4 complex. This theatre is a hub of cultured plays and a great setting for many stories. The Theatre includes many amenities:

On the Bottom Level:
Acting Stage and Seating
4 Private Phone Booths
A Gentlemans Bathroom
A Ladies Bathroom

On the Top Level
A Bar
A Coffee Vendor
A Baked Goods Vendor
Sitting Area
and The Balcony Seats

So take your sims out for a night of enlightment, here at The Noble Steed Theatre, and be quick as seating is limited. Adieu, parting is such sweet sorrow.
