Hi again this is my first upload in a while now but here it is, it is a great little lot for ONE person but it can be easily changed into a family home for those people who aren't sure of what’s to come...

I am also adding a nighttime pic of this house...Please post all your comments so that I can improve it and maybe make another version!

This house includes no custom content and is fully furnished. This house sells to your sim family for just over $64,000. It has a very well done interior and a great GYM/SKILLS ROOM to enjoy. This has the best luxury possible for a sim that is young, and wants to EXPAND and have an always changing lifestyle.

This Download is hack free and is also easily changed into a starter home, a lot of "luxuries" can be removed from the house to make it cheaper.

Well, I know MTS2 will inform me IF I have left any important information out, but I hope that I didn't mess up anything.

Ps. There is a third level to the house but it is not furnished and completely empty...=)
