Since tops separates are "under" bottoms separates-- to faciitate a shirt tucking in under the beltline-- it's possible to put stockings on a TOP mesh and have them appear under a separately specified bottom. Further, it's possible to put an entire outer outfit on a bottom mesh, and have it conform to any of a number of tops meshes.

This post is part of the groundwork for an (upcoming) post of dresses exploiting these facts. Included are five T-shirt "tops" that also incorporate panties (mostly to simplify my taking the screenshots) and simple stockings. To help demonstrate their use, there's also an entire leather dress on a bottom Maxis default mesh. Combining it with the various "tops" changes the underlying stockings and the size of the bust. (This is illustrated in figure two.) With a properly chosen alpha, the dress covers the underlying T-shirt entirely.

While the "Bd" tops are on Maxis defaults, the others are Warlokk tops separates-- the T-shirts.

"BCC3" is from my own filing system-- the dresses will also be tagged with it. The "LBG" in the file names and tool tips is my alias' alias.

Moving stuff onto different meshes and/or reusing the textures for other things is encouraged, but please don't upload any of this or anything derived from it onto pay sites.

Design note: the patterns on the stocking tops are specified in the alpha files, not as part of the texture. If you want stockings of a different color, just fill in the big block at the bottom of the texture file with what you desire.
