Hi MTS2 folks! I made another house for you guy to download if you like

Description:

This is the smaller family home I meant to make last time. It's on a 2x4 lot, and sells for 84,691 simoleons. It has 2 bedrooms and 3 baths, plus a nursery, along with the usual kitchen/dining, a TV/family/living room and a sitting room. This is a house on foundation with an attached garage.

This house is partially furnished (kitchen and bathrooms) and built using Maxi's objects from Sims2 to Nightlife, so you will probably need all EP's for this to ensure you already have all the objects.

Question: Do people prefer furnished or unfurnished?

This has been scanned with Sims2 Clean Installer and contains no hacks or recolors.

I did however, make custom exteriors for this house out of some maxi's exterior floors and walls. I made the set in 3 colors, but this house comes only with part of the gold set.

It comes with:
Wall - Plain gold stucco
Wall - Gold stucco with cement and brick trim at the top: for accent
Wall - Gold stucco with cement and bricks as a foundation cover. I don't know if anyone else makes paper just to cover foundations, but mine matches the patio brick.
Floor - Gold patio tile
Floor - Chalk patio tile for accent
Floor - Plain white marble tile - for kitchens and bathrooms.
