Traditional Farmhouse ... or not?

Despite it's humble appearance, the interior decor is surprisingly modern. (Your "pimp" will probably enjoy it, Mel. :P) It sits on a 3x3 lot and costs $110,390. It comes fully furnished, and has not been playtested. It has not custom content and does not require any EPs.
