I made this lovely little house especially for my good friend Melissa, who only has the base game. But everyone else can download it too.




Despite it's humble appearance, the interior decor is surprisingly modern. (Your "pimp" will probably enjoy it, Mel. :P) It sits on a 3x3 lot and costs $110,390. It comes fully furnished, and has not been playtested. It has not custom content and does not require any EPs.
