Victorian Dream

Hi to you all.
I was in a Victorian mood and I thought, “Let me build a nice Victorian villa with a modern touch for my fellow Simmers”. This is a three story Victorian style villa with a separate garage.

The floor plan:
Main level
Entrance hall way with on two sides an arched entry to the main hall way
Main hall way with stairs to the basement and the second floor
Clockwise turn:
On the left
Powder room
Family room with entrance to
The music room
And
Arched entrance to the
Living room with two double folding doors to the main deck
Arched entrance to the kitchen and to the main hall way
A spacious kitchen with an
Arched entrance to the nook
From the kitchen to the main hall way
With an eventual second powder room or laundry area

Basement:
Spacious hallway
Left side a gym with entrance to a cosy terrace
Right side a game room with entrance to another terrace
Straight forward separated by a glass wall
Indoor pool with a beautiful view at the garden, a door leading to the back of the house and garage.
The pool area features a spacious sitting - and eventual bar area.

Second floor
Clockwise turn
On the left
Powder room 1
Bedroom 1 with a spacious terrace
Bedroom 2
A walk in closet with a door leading to the upper terrace
Bedroom 3 with a door to the walk in closet and a privet bathroom
Main bathroom with a terrace
Powder room 2

This house will cost your Sim family 114.381,- Simmoleans and it is built on a 4x4 lot with EP 1-2-3-4-5 installed.
