A modern contradiction,

A rough landscaped rocky terrain surrounds this multi split-level contemporary family home.
For the nature loving Sims among us, certainly a reason to consider moving out of their safe homes. This house is built with modern materials and the open spacious architecture makes living here a true feast.. Did your Sim ever think of buying a dog or a cat, but was their house not convenient enough?
This is the place to be. Dogs love it. Children love it. What else is there to wish?

First level:
Covered entry, hall way with connecting stairs to the second and third level.

Second level:
Spacious living with a modern fireplace, a tremendous view at the garden, connecting stairs to the third level and first level.

Third level:
Stairs to the fourth level.
A dining area connected with stairs to the second levelled living and a door leading to the garden (stairs), a spacious toilet, a separate study, a well equipped kitchen and a nook with sliding doors to a very spacious roof terrace, a family room with separated stairway to the garage.

The fourth level:
