The Minimalistic ***unsupported since sims 3***

After all the Victorian an other classic houses, I was up to build a comphy but contemporary house. The lay out of the garden is a bit of me and a bit of a Dutch designer who is called Ab Oosterhof .
Of course it was scanned with Clean Installer. No hacks were found.

This very modern multi split level house is built for the well living Sims among you.
The shape is kept minimal yet offers its inhabitants a maximum of comfort.
The house needs to be furnished but I am sure your sims know what to do with that little problem.
This is cosiness in a tight jacket.

The house is built on a 5x3 lot
Built with EP 1-2-3-4
Cost 147.073,- Simmoleans without furniture.
