Ribbons and Roses ***unsupported since sims 3***

A few weeks ago I got this nice request by Dayroxmysox. She would love to have a spacious, luxurious Victorian mansion, in PINK.
Even though we don’t have that much Victorian examples here in Holland, she challenged me to build one, Pink suited me quite well that time and after browsing the net I found this lovely mansion designed by Architectualdesigns.com.

For your wealthy Sim family I built this Pink Victorian manor. The garden is shaped in traditional Victorian style and offers plenty of privacy with a romantic secret garden. Several terraces with cosy nooks to sit down and enjoy the butterflies or murmur of the fountains. The glass roofed indoor swimming pool with its tropical landscaping gives your Sims the opportunity to dream away even during daytime.

Of course the building is built with decent materials and will protect your Sim against storm and rain. This extreme romantic home comes to meet all the wishes your Sims ever had.
It comes unfurnished.

Garage with 4 steps stairs leading to the main hall and across the other side a door leading to the pool area.

Straight forward:
Folding doors Leading to The family room with a cosy fireplace
The Family room has folding doors to the veranda in the back
From the family room leads a double arched entry to the kitchen with nook
The nook has folding doors to the side veranda and a terrific view at the fountain pond.
In the kitchen area also is a small separate storage room.

Middle left side:

Left front side:
Folding doors leading to a Sitting room
From the sitting room folding doors leading to
Formal dining room with a second fireplace.
Folding doors are leading to the nook and kitchen again.

Second floor:
To the left:
Bedroom with a private bathroom.
At the middle:
Double folding doors leading to the master bedroom with a double arched entry to a private sitting room
A spacious private bathroom, a door leading to the balcony with a splendid view at the garden.
A walk in closet to guarantee your Sims comfort.
At the back side:
Third spacious bedroom with a walk in closet at the left and across the other side a spacious bathroom at the right.

Important note:
You need to have Numenor’s unlevelled walls installed as well as his re-colourable modular stairs and Scriptorium.
You also will need to install the original meshes of the Georgian Manor Set made by PhoenixPhearie.
