A few weeks ago, I found a request in my MTS2 mail box.
KiecHi asked me if I was willing to build this house for her.

Without any custom content was her wish.

This time it wasn’t the house that challenged me, it was definitely the challenge to decorate without any CC. You must know how hard it is for a download addict to do so.
Therefore only three items I had to borrow from the wonderful creators to make a resemblance with the house.

This house is built with EP 1-2-3-4-5
It costs furnished 104.637,- Simmolians
It is built on a 3x3 lot

It features:
First floor
An L shaped garage, with only one functioning garage door alas a door to the entrance and a door to the garden.
Covered main entrance
L shaped hall way with 2 built in closets and a useful toilet.
A door leads to the garage
Stairs leading to the second floor

Second floor:
Open plan living and kitchen
A spacious bathroom with double sinks, a toilet and shower bath.
A master bed room with a built in closet
A second bed room with also a built in closet
The spacious living room has a door leading to a balcony in the front.

This all is surrounded by a fresh flowery garden.
