Le petit Surprise ***unsupported since sims 3 ***

It must be three weeks ago by now, I got this wonderful request from jm42.
This Mediterranean villa is an original plan from Global houseplans http://www.globalhouseplans.com/pla...?id=15306&st=22 and really would be a feast for your Simmies to live in.

This Mediterranean is spacious, bright, open planned with some dramatic elements in the building. It offers cosy corners for your Sims to sit, study or lounge in. Built with decent materials and sure will last many generations.

All of them have access to a balcony

Known issues:
The blue flashing Midbiscus in the backyard, I can’t change it, just replace it by a maxis one with the re-colour of your choice.
The white re-colour made by Engelchen at www.all4sims.de of Der Marcel Marie and Pano set the diagonal parts, doesn’t survive packaging. Please re-download them.

This house is scanned several times with Clean Installer and tested in game. No hacks were found.
