When HelloGoodbye 2007 asked me to build this villa, I thought it would be a challenge.
It indeed was, several times I wanted to chuck, but after all I am glad I persisted.
Here and there the size is adjusted to make it simmable or just for better proportions.
I hope he likes it and you all too, of course.

This spacious villa is built with traditional and solid materials but surprisingly modern in the finishing.
Your hardworking and wealthier Sims will love it. There is plenty of room to live with a family and for pets it is a heaven on earth.
You’re invited to enjoy the serenity of the more than luxuriant garden. Come and see it yourself.

I thought of bringing this furnished as shown, but considered, what is more simple than just make everybody happy and put the whole bunch into the up-load and say a simple word of thanks. There is a big chance everything will be taken for granted and no threads or sites will be visited, so;
A shopping list of the used furniture -and very important too- the sites where I got the re-colours from, gives more credit to all the magnificent people with the skills to make everything look brilliant and accurately detailed.
