Description:
House, garden, and greenhouse squeezed onto a 2x1 mini lot, plus enough room for a driveway if you have NL. Furnished for 1-2 sims with one spare room, playtested to make sure the greenhouse is working (on the "Ext02" screenshot you can witness one of my tester sims harvesting Tasty Tomatos in the middle of winter).
1 x double bedroom
2 x bathroom (1 furnished)
1 x kitchen/dining
1 x living room
1 x spare room (empty)
1 x greenhouse
Plus a relatively large hallway upstairs that can function as a study or playroom for toddlers or something. Basics included: lights in all furnished rooms, toilet, shower, fridge, kitchen sink, phone, trash can, burglar alarm, bookshelf, smoke detector. This house also has a TV and a compost bin; when you move in your sims with 20.000§ they'll have just enough money for 8 tomato plants (they can fill the greenhouse, in other words -- and then go have a drink with the 10§ that they've left).
How to place a rotated driveway, in five easy steps:
1. moveobjects on
2. remove sidewalk opposite the street
3. place driveway extension
4. put back sidewalk where it belongs
5. moveobjects off
To avoid interference with the garden gate, you can place it like shown in the "Ext01" screenshot (let it overhang by one tile), this is playtested for both corner and straight lots (not only in this house) and seems to work reliably. If you use an Invisible Driveway (recommended anyway) you won't even see any difference.
Please don't PM me with neighbourhood terrain requests (look in the Neighbourhoods section instead), downloading issues (I can't help you -- look in Site Issues, Q-XPress forums etc), or Build Mode questions (general questions go here, lot specific questions in the d/l thread). Thanks.
Lot Size: 2x1
Lot Price: 19.918§

Install Instructions
1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
- You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
