Now even tinier! This should be useful if you really really run out of space and still need to squeeze some more sims in your hood. Built on a 1x1 mini lot, this provides enough room for at least three sims -- more if you use the basement as another bedroom. Live-in kitchen/dining and bathroom on the ground floor, two bedrooms (a double and a tiny single one) on the top floor, empty basement. The basement is easily viewable since it has regular walls (not foundations) on the back and sides.
1 x double bedroom
1 x kitchen/dining/living room
1 x bathroom
1 x mini spare room/bedroom (empty)
1 x basement (empty)
Comes with the usual basics plus expensive stove, easel, mirror, dresser and chess board. No garden, no parking.
You can always enlarge this with Mootilda's LotExpander if you think your sims deserve some outdoor space; in that case you could even build a small porch on the backside (swap the window next to the stairs for a door) to allow for easy access.
Excessively playtested with three sims, including throwing a few parties to check for traffic problems (none found). The only thing you'll have to live with is that only one carpool at a time will fit on the lot, but that's the case with any 1-tile wide lot.
Lot Size: 1x1
Lot Price: 19.936§

Install Instructions
1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
- You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
