Its been a long time since i uploaded onto this site, however when the holidays arrive it gives me a perfect excuse to sit back and relax, sim style!

I introduce you to Beths Hideaway





This quite mountain side home will be the envy of all holiday getaway families.

This house is actually a mixture of many attempts to create a tasteful house. I didnt realise how fitting the house would be in the victorian category, yet the rear of the house, the wrap around veranda, is undoubtedly australian.

The inclusion of a ground floor bbq area is a last minute adjutment to maximise the space usuage on a small lot.

This house includes three bedrooms-each with ensuites and the usual food preparation areas and entertaining spaces. The rooms are unallocated as such so customisation for you is max.

The lot is 2x2 and costs approximately $77,000 due to landscaping extras and choice of floor,wall, kitchen fabrications and coverings. If you wish to reduce the cost the enter the lot, when unoccupied by your simmies, and strip it bare as much as you wish.

Your sims will love the wrap around veranda, especially if they love the entertaing life or have the school principle for dinner!
