This is one of two houses on 1x1 lots. It has a main room downstairs for kitchen, dining and relaxing, and has a bathroom. On the second floor it has a small hallway, 2 single bedrooms and a small balcony. Probably best for student sims, or a family of a brother and sister. There are cute flower beds around the front of the house.
The only piece of CC used on this lot is marvine's ladder stairs which are included.
