Nice little mint green victorian town house, fully furnished with a nice little backgarden.
2 bedrooms, one bathroom, lounge and kitchen/dinning room.
Fireplace in lounge and theres a small pond to the side of the building
On a 2x2 lot, I can't remember exactly how much it costs but it was more than 20k lol.
The lot was made with family fun stuff installed but not glamour life and I don't think it actually uses any family fun stuff objects but I can't be totally certain about that.
