This is the third in a set of houses based on houses in Lavenham, Suffolk. This one is a small starter house on a 1x1 lot.



It has a small garden with flower beds to the front of the house. Downstairs there is one room, with kitchen, dining and living areas. There is also a toilet under the stairs in a tiny room. Upstairs is a bathroom and a nicely sized double bedroom.

Best for a young or old couple, or a single sim. The stairs could also be changed for ladder stairs, like marvines or targas, for a bit more space. Also to make it a true starter, change some of the furniture for cheaper furniture.
