This lot like all my others comes unfurnished and on a 5x6 lot and it costs almost 235k. The lot comes with a garage, deck, pool, spa, hot tub, pond and fountains and 3 stories. The rooms also like all my other houses can simply be tweaked to your liking. The house does come with int/ext lighting along with some ext plants and trees. As far as CC goes I am still using the same windows and doors I always use but I did add some new content which is the Ivy that hangs from the doors and windows. As far as the pics go down below, I have them named so you guys know what floor and stuff your looking at. I upload them in order like front-back -1st,2nd,3 floor but when its all said and done they come up all mixed up and backwards and stuff so don't let it confuse ya anymore than what I normaly do. I think thats about it for this lot, have fun and let me know what you like/dislike. Wait, I have been asking that for awhile now and out of all the peeps d/ling my houses only a couple comments and thanks are ever given. So with that being said this may or may not be my last house for you guys. Just depends I guess. Cheerio.
