Here is a lovely little lot, perfect for a couple just starting out.
This is my very first upload and I hope I did everything OK.
This house was made with all EP and Stuff packs installed and is fully furnished with all basic needed items.

No Custom Content Used only Maxis stuff, you definitely must have Seasons.
I'm sure it would look more Ancient if you use some of the wonderfull custom content you can find here on MTS2.

Next to the mailbox is room for the driveway, I recommend the invisible one from Roddyaleixo: http://forums.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=90875

On the back porch is room for a chesstable or a dartboard.
You can replace the hibiscus with orange- or lemontrees when your sim can affort it.

I learned a lot by creating this house for the contest and had a lot of fun with it, I hope you will like it too.
