Enter to find yourself in a cozy family home with great maple hardwood floor and an easy layout for a growing family. The dining room is to the left of the foyer and the office is to the right. Straight ahead is the formal living room with french doors to the covered BBQ area. The gourmet kitchen is located next to the living room and has a bar area as well as a family area and family computer area. There's also access to the basement! Basement access is also outside next to the two car garage.

The bedrooms are all secluded to one side of the house. I've left the kid's rooms unfurnished so you can decorate them to meet your sim kid's needs. The master suite has it's own luxurious bath, complete with raised tub area, steamed shower and duel sinks. The master bedroom has a lovely light filled sitting area. Three more full baths are round out this area of the house.

Outside, is the sparkling pool complete with water slide and diving board. There's also a spa and orchard area. Last but not least, there's a pond out front perfect for fishing along with a quaint bench for cuddling!
