The 1950's called and they want their house back!

This great 1950's California Low-Slung Ranch is a blast from the past. The house has 4 bedrooms (one is being used as an office), and 3 full baths. There's also a cozy den.

The entry opens to the living room with double sided fireplace. The kitchen is off the entry as well as a hall way that leads to all the bedrooms. There's also a dining room off the kitchen and the den is off the dining room. There's a bath located near the den.

The house also has a car port, perfect for parking your turquoise Chevrolet convertible!

In the backyard, there's a covered BBQ area, sparkling pool and spa. An orchard of orange trees, lemon trees and apple trees is sure to make any sim happy along with a green house.

The house is fully furnished and decorated down to the last detail. I've left two of the bedrooms unfurnished so you can decorate them however you want for your sim kids. Each bedroom has a closet area (if you download marmy's closet from here it will fit perfectly in these areas).
