Wow, The Sims 3 is really blowing my mind. The graphics are amazing! I had to start building right away ... I wanted something simple and easy to play but still with lots of style - thus, the Oak Grove house!

The house has 3 bedrooms (one is being used as an office), and 2.5 baths (can never have enough).

It's a one story house that's really playable - I've been playing the house and my sims love it! The color scheme is neutral with subtle splashes of color. The master suite has it's own private bath. The kitchen is open to the living room and breakfast area. There's also a formal dining room and BBQ area outside (along with sparkling pool). The landscaping is beautiful with lush trees and even a pond to fish in! There's a two car side garage as well.

Just move your sims in and start playing! They are sure to love it!!
