Your sims will be living in urban luxury if you decide to download this great modern style house.

The house consists of three bedrooms and three full baths. The master has it's own private bath. There's also a pool house with it's own bath.

The house is open and modern with a great loft area upstairs - a kid's play area? A second home office? The options are limitless.

Enter the house by multi-level stairs. The front porch is large with two seating areas and a bubbling fountain. Lush landscaping makes this a great secluded area, perfect for doing the crossword or drinking a nice cup of espresso before work. There's a two car garage with extra room for a card game table (sorry, the cars in the pictures are not in the download).

The downstairs also consists of a formal livingroom, a family room and an open kitchen with dining room. There's also an office tucked behind the stairs. Garage access is also located from the first floor.

Upstairs are the bedrooms and loft area. I've left two of the bedrooms unfurnished. The master is furnished with great modern pieces. There's also a master bath attached. A large balcony area wraps around all the bedrooms which all have access.

Outside there's a pool, spa, and pool house! There's also a kid's play area.

Download this house today and have your sims living in urban luxury! The house is VERY PLAYABLE with NO HACKS! Download without worry & be sure to check out my other homes.
