Your sims will be living in urban luxury if you decide to download this great modern style house.

The house consists of three bedrooms and three full baths. The master has it's own private bath. There's also a pool house with it's own bath.

The house is open and modern with a great loft area upstairs - a kid's play area? A second home office? The options are limitless.

Enter the house by multi-level stairs. The front porch is large with two seating areas and a bubbling fountain.
