I usually don't take requests anymore, but this house looked fun to create so this is my version of it.

This great colonial ranch has 3 bedrooms and 3.25 baths. The master has it's own spa-like bath complete with steam shower! The other two bedrooms (unfurnished) share a jack and jill bath.

Enter this home to find an open foyer to the formal living room. To the left is the cozy living room (with small office area). To the right is the formal dining room. The gourmet kitchen is also off the formal living room as well as the dining room. There's a breakfast nook off the kitchen. The master is close to the kitchen and has it's own private bath. The large garage has access to the pantry and dining room.

The house also has a screened in porch and deck. The screened in porch has a roof covering it, so it can be used in every type of weather. BBQ here or drink some hot chocolate and watch the snow fall all around you!

The landscaping of the house is mature and lush. Great flower beds surround the house and there's also a green house out back for the gardener in the family.

The house is completely furnished (except for the two kid's bedrooms) and has NO CC or HACKS! The house is very playable and is a must download!
