Gather your sims in cozy living room on a snowy winter's day. Or snuggle up in the upstairs den with a good book. Your sims will thank you for downloading this great quaint traditional home.

The home has 4 bedrooms (one is being used as a den), plus a downstairs office. There is also 4 full baths. Enter this home to find a beautiful open foyer. To the left is the formal dining room with great mission style built-ins. To the right of the foyer is the office with access to a full bath. Straight from the foyer is the cozy living room with beautiful mission style furniture. The gourmet kitchen is off the living room as well as the formal dining room. The cook of the family will feel right at home in this space!

Upstairs are the bedrooms and the den. The master suite has it's own bath and private balcony. The other bedrooms are fully decorated - one is perfect for a girl and the other for a baby or toddler. The den has it's own bath and would be perfect for an older relative someday.
