This charming family home can be yours for a reasonable $19, 976, partly furnished and ready to move in.
The old-fashioned styling of the exterior is complemented by the up-to-date layout of the inside, with spacious walkways and room for the whole family. The generous covered porch, with glass-paned double doors, opens into the hall, with the formal lounge on the left. This airy room overlooks the street, and could be further enhanced by the addition of a fireplace.
To the right of the entry, an arch leads to the service areas, with a large eat-in kitchen and a separate family or hobby room. The downstairs toilet is tucked in behind the staircase. The meals area also offers access to both side yards, via a rear entrance which would be convenient to the driveway.
Stairs lead up from the hall to the bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts a deep dormer over the front porch, big enough for a cot or dresser, or even to be converted into an ensuite. The current bathroom can be accessed from the master bedroom, and also from the hall. Above the loungeroom, two more bedrooms are provided, the one facing the street especially generous.
The house has had only one owner, a single gentlemen of quiet habits, whose meticulous upkeep ensures the value of the residence. The interior paintwork is neutral, and could easily be modernised. Although the current conveniences are few, there is ample space for the addition of a garage, and keen gardeners will appreciate the empty canvas awaiting their expertise.
Phone and fire alarm have been installed, as has electric lighting to each room. Some furnishings have been retained, sufficient for a starting couple. There is space to display whatever ornamental knick-knacks you desire, or for a batch of kids, should that be your preference.
Notes for Players:
3 bedrooms, 1 1/2 bathrooms
parlour and family room
The block slopes gently.
The shot below, with the walls cut away, shows the angle from which I designed the house to be played, with maximum visibility of the rooms and of the street, to catch walk-bys.

I made this house with Numenor's basegame starter, so it should work for everybody.

Install Instructions
1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
- You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
