15 Oakridge Drive - The Tahoe

Oakridge Drive™ is my series of houseplans which I stumble upon online. Like larsson1970 (whose downloads you should see) I believe my Sims should live real so I use real houseplans.
To commemerate my 15th upload to MTS2 I decided to build a fully furnished home! I designed it to use as a vacation home but you can easily use it in a neighbourhood and there's even a space for a driveway if you wish.



This house has:
- 3 bedrooms and 2,5 baths

- fully furnished! (just missing wall hangings and curtains because I never use them)

- style: I don't know, I'm guessing log or country (it didn't say with the blueprints)

All kinds of comments are welcome.

The houseplan I used is from the Viceroy Panaromic Series Catalog I bought from them so you can't find the pictures online but here's there site if you want to visit it and see what houseplans they do have posted: http://www.viceroy.com/
