Oakridge Drive™ is my series of houseplans which I stumble upon online. Like larsson1970 (whose downloads you should see) I believe my Sims should live real so I use real houseplans.
This lot was requested by deter4955 and I quite like it. I have an odd fascination with simplicity when it comes to lot designs... however, that does not mean I like square homes... ugh. Anyway, I hope you enjoy it and it works well in your game!
