Builder Challenge - Lot Request by larsson1970

Happy January 1st, MTS-er's!

To bring you this house, I have teamed up with two of my favorite builders (and friends!) here at MTS: teril02 and larsson1970. The three of us are participating in a Builder's Challenge, where each of us chooses a plan for the other two builders to create. This was the plan larsson1970 chose for me.



This house, originally from Drummond Designs, has lots of charm! It would be great for a large Sim family as it features not only a two-car garage, but room for up to 6 bedrooms! One of these bedrooms could easily be converted into an office space, and another one of the bedrooms could easily be converted into a large play room or into a family room. The master bedroom and bathroom are on the first floor, and two of three upstairs bedrooms each has its own private full bath.

Other features include two fireplaces, columns with arches in the main living space, lots of double doors and windows, a deck, as well as a large lot that has space for a pond, garden, or just more trees.
