Description:

This solidly-built miniature residence has plenty to offer first-time buyers. Perched on the main street of a small country town, it has convenient access to amenities without the price tag.

The front porch opens onto the living area, which is cunningly shaped to make the most of the space. The dinette kitchen is behind screening walls, with space for three at the table. A downstairs toilet offers convenience for guests, while maintaning the privacy of the upper floor for family.



The master bedroom has access to the juliette balcony, overlooking the entry. There is also a full bathroom and a second bedroom off the landing.

The house is built of mellowed stone, with a blue front door hinting at the interior colour scheme. Inside, dark blues are comforting and classy.

The house sleeps three, and the rates are very minimal. Phone and fire alarm are installed.

Notes for players:

I apologize for the darkness of the screenshots - for some reason, the front of the house just will NOT get sunny, no matter where I place it in the neighbourhood. One day I will find out what causes that.

I designed this house (and some more tiny ones, hopefully to be uploaded soon) as a student residence for Uni. Students don't have time for gardening, or much money for bills, so these tiny blocks are perfect. Very comfy for a single, but space for a small family too.

The house can be played from front-on, or from one side, with a clear view of whatever is going on, and never far to go anywhere. The downstairs toilet means there are rarely traffic jams around the stairs, since there is no need to go up there for the bathroom. Obviously, the house is not designed to hold a LOT of people, but it worked well in testing.

Weatherproof and usable by anyone.
